COVID-19 Updates
COVID-19 PANDEMIC & CVSW
I am happy to announce that classes will begin again on July 6, 2020.
We are working out the protocols now but be prepared to wear a mask at all times and plan on washing your hands each time you re-enter the shop. The class sizes have also been reduced.
Other protocols will be announced as they are finalized. I am working with a number of health professionals to develop what will work best for our specialized environment.

Classes are conducted in a variety of formats to suit the unique needs of our students. They include one or two day weekend classes, series classes that meet one or two nights per week for 4 to 12 weeks, week-long intensive classes and more.

The school teaches the effective use of hand tools and gives an equal measure of attention to machine tools. Here Bob is using the Laguna bandsaw to resaw a 12/4 slab of mahogony into three pieces. For more views of this operation, check our Facebook photo gallery. | |
Projects and classes range from the Shaker hall table, 17th century carved frame and panel, carved oak box, carving acanthus leaves, Arts and Crafts rocking chair with slip seat, to a portable tool chest.Main Menu
